Instant Access 24 Online - FAQ

From your computer or smart phone, click any of the 'Click Here', 'Sign Up Here', or 'Purchase Access' links on the website to access the Instant Access 24 Online system. Make sure you have a strong wifi signal, your valid Driver's License or Passport, and your payment information. You'll also need to upload a recent photo of yourself or take a selfie.
Instant Access uses your email address as your username and sends you a verification code to that email as a security measure. You also receive your Access Code and receipt for purchase in this same email.
Most common reasons you need to complete the waiver again:
- You completed the waiver in the gym but now want to purchase online
- You completed the waiver online and it has been at least a year
- You completed the waiver online under a different email address
- Click in the First Name field and delete any extra spaces
- Click in the Last Name field and delete any extra spaces
- Make sure your phone number is only 10 digits long
- Make sure there are no dashes or spaces in your DL# or Passport#
- Instant Access only accepts adult information (ages 18 and older) - Minors must sign up in the gym during sales hours and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (25 or older) at all times.
This is an internet problem. Either your signal dropped, or the page timed out. You will need to refresh the page and sign in again. Sorry. You can also come see us during sales hours.
Once you have a valid waiver on file, click 'Get a Pass' to view the options. Under 'Access Dates' choose 'One Day Pass', 'One Week Pass', or 'One Month Pass' from the dropdown menu. Then choose your start date from the calendar. This is the first date you want to access the gym. It can be today or a future date. Next, click 'Checkout' and enter your credit card information or use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Your QR code is immediately accessible to you once you complete your purchase in the Instant Access 24 system.
